Exchange 2010 - Room mailbox working hours

To define the working hour of a room mailbox, you can use powershell with the command Get-MailboxCalendarConfiguration and Set-MailboxCalendarConfigurationbut I found out in a comment on another blog I found that you can do it using the OWA/ECP with an account with enough rights.

Open exchange ECP at mail.yourocmpany.com/ECP, log in as high privileges users (I used my domain admin account)

Click on top on "manage my organization" and choose "Another users"

In the pop-up box search for the room mailbox you want to manage and then go to settings, Calendar, there you can define the working hours and then click save in the bottom right and you're done.

Onglet "messagerie vocale" dans outlook

Après l'activation de la messagerie vocale (Exchange UM) certain utilisateurs n'ont pas l'onglet messagerie vocale dans le menu outil, options de Microsoft Outlook 2007. Pour réglé le problème il faut allez dans outils, centre de gestions de la confidentialité..., cliquez sur compléments dans le menu de gauche, dans la section de droite vous devriez voir sous "compléments d'applications inactifs "Messagerie unifiée Microsoft Exchange Outlook" si tel est le cas il faut cliquez sur le bouton atteindre dans le bas de la page. Une nouvelle fenêtre s'ouvre et il faut mettre un crochet dans la case "Messagerie unifiée Microsoft Exchange Outlook" et faire OK. Ensuite, allez dans le menu "?" et choisir "Éléments désactivés..." cliquez sur "complément messagerie unifiée Microsoft Exchange Outlook" et puis sur le bouton Activez dans le bas de la page. L'onglet messagerie unifié est revenu dans les options de Micosoft Outlook.
